Practical Energetic Tools

Have you been feeling the intensity of the energies of our dear Earth?  Solar flares, astrological alignments and conjunctions may have led us to feel anxious, depressed and every sort of feeling between the two of these polarities.  Stay centered.  Stay grounded.  The more calm we emit, the more calm the collective will be.  We are each that powerful.  Divine Source has gifted us with free will and we can choose whether to remain embodied in peace or completely undone.  Easier said than done.  Some practical shamanic tools to release heavy feelings from within our bodies include:

1.  Sit down on the ground.  Literally put your bottom on the ground.  I promise within 15 -20 minutes, the earth herself will begin to calm you.  

2. Take a toothpick and blow your feelings into it.  The sacred breath works with us to move energies and feelings.  Light the toothpick with a candle and allow it to burn all the way down being careful not to burn your sacred self.  Fire is the fastest transformer of energy and will transmute the feeling back to light. Observe how you feel afterwards.  Seems simple but works like a magic wand.

3. Take a bath with sea salt.  The salts will pull the toxic energies from your being and the waters will allow some balance to these intense fiery solar flares we are all feeling.

4. Take a stone and blow the feeling or energy of a situation into it.  Blow into the stone as much as you feel is needed.  And then throw that blessed stone as far from you as possible saying goodbye to the energy not serving you.

These are simple exercises that are freely available to all of us.  Use the elements of fire, air, and water to help yourselves.  We are made of these elements.  They are the allies and angels to our sacred physical selves as we walk upon this earth together.
